Last June, the government has announced the result of the national evaluation of competitiveness clusters in French (see the summary). Each cluster also received its own report. Regarding the result of TES, its report shows encouraging result. The result and the final ranking will be published this summer. We'll keep you in touch...

Jean-Pierre Le Couedic, President, represent our cluster to a general meeting of the AFEPAME association. This association is regrouping the French payment and e-wallet establishments.
Also present in this meeting: Aqoba, Cardsoff, Rentabiliweb, Afine, Hi-media, Wragge, Tunz.
The summit dedicated to the digital technology strategy was held last April. More than 400 people were present at the Centre International de Deauville.
This edition was a success regarding the congratulation messages received by the organizing committee. The next edition will be also in Deauville and companies are willing to come back again.

ADS+ (www.adsplusconsortium.org) is an innovative project of 13 commercial organisations and research laboratories labelled by TES and Systematic French Competitiveness Clusters (French Pôles de Compétitivité).

The ministry of competitiveness, Industry and Services has announced officially that the city of Caen, in coordination with the state of la Manche was selected with 9 others French territories to deploy contactless and mobile services.
On the framework of “Investissement d’Avenir”, the government offers an opportunity for clusters to create the missing link of innovation with the launch of its call ‘Plateforme mutualisée d’innovation’ or ‘Collaborative and Innovative platform’
The cluster submitted a proposal responding to the need coming from its members and local authorities.

70 persons attend the event organized by the clusters. The themes of the event were: introduction to the French portal ‘Proxima Mobile’, INPI services and a round table on biometrics with specialists and end users of this technology. The University Of Caen Basse Normandy was generously welcoming us on their Campus 1.

Four of the projects, recently certified by TES, are submitted today to the FUI 9 funds (R&D call) : ADS+; LoggingShop, Tacites, Trust I tech.Those projects represent an investment of 17 millions, including, 6,5 M of expected grants. The result of the calls will occur in March 2010.
